HARDY AMIES Fashion show Autumn-Winter 2013
I have be honored to attended at Hardy Amies fashion show directly from the front row, during the PITTI Fashion week in Florence. Hardy Amies is based in London, 14 Savil row, he like to dress men with a story, man with a strong personality, men with complex because he said he’s himself a complex men. This new collection Autumn-Winter took inspiration at the Hollywood men of thirties, essentially a glamorous and superhuman figure but at the same time he’s a fiction, like the Hollywood movie. The most important concept in Hollywood and in all American culture is the self-made story, the same story of Hardy himself. This new collection have many gradation of grey with various texture. The quality of the materials come from directly from Savile Row. The show started with the most casual wear and ended with the most elegant and chic looks. At the end of the fashion show I had the opportunity to speak with Principe Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia who was seated next to me. This is the second time I met him, the first time was in Geneva at Quirinale Restaurant. As always Emanuele was dressed in a very casual-chic style. J'ai été honoré d'avoir assisté au défilé de mode Hardy Amies, directement du premier rang, au cours de la semaine de la mode Pitti en Florence. Hardy Amies est basé à Londres, 14 Savil Row, il aime habiller les hommes avec une histoire, les hommes avec une forte personnalité, des hommes avec des complexes, car il a dit qu'il lui-même un homme complexé. Cette nouvelle collection Automne-Hiver s'est inspiré à l'homme de Hollywood des années '30, essentiellement une figure glamour et surhumain, mais dans le même temps, il s'agit d'une fiction, comme dans le film hollywoodien. Le concept le plus important à Hollywood et dans toute la culture américaine est l'histoire du "self-made", la même histoire de Hardy lui-même. Cette nouvelle collection ont des gris dégradé avec une texture différentes. La qualité des matériaux proviennent de directement de Savile Row. Le défilé a commencé avec les looks plus décontracté et s'est terminée avec le look le plus élégant et chic. A la fin du défilé de mode, j'ai eu l'occasion de parler avec le Principe di Savoia Emanuele Filiberto qui était assis à côté de moi. C'est la deuxième fois que je l'ai rencontré, la première fois à a été à Genève au restaurant du Quirinal. Comme toujours Emanuele était habillé dans un style très casual chic. Après Hardy Amies, défilé de mode je suis allé à Colle Bereto pour le dîner et puis à un autre défilé de mode. Voir dans le prochain post.
