Rani Mukerji Calendar 2010
Mukerji changed the English tranliteration of her surname from Mukherjee to Mukerji several years ago. At the time, it was reported that she did this for numerological reasons. In 2006, Mukerji stated that numerology was not a concern; her name had been put down as Mukerji on her passport, and she wanted to be consistent.
Mukerji has three homes in Mumbai, including her childhood home. She bought a bungalow in Juhu for herself and her parents in mid-2005. The house went through a two year renovation with the interiors done by Twinkle Khanna and Sussanne Roshan
In June 2005, Mukerji was widely criticized following the publication of an interview with British newspaper Desi Xpress. Mukerji was asked to name her idol and she replied, "Adolf Hitler". However, in an interview with Times Now a year later, she denied ever mentioning Hitler's name.
In November 2006, Mukerji was shooting for the film Laaga Chunari Mein Daag in Varanasi when avid fans crowded the set. Security personnel beat the crowd back. A media storm followed as various groups insisted that Mukerji should have stopped the security guards. Mukerji later issued an apology

Increase your cable modem or DSL speed in XP
Increase your cable modem or DSL speed in XP
This tweak is for broadband cable connections on stand alone machines with winXP professional version - might work on Home version also. It will probably work with networked machines as well but I haven't tried it in that configuration. This is for windows XP only.
This tweak assumes that you have let winXP create a connection on install for your cable modem/NIC combination and that your connection has tcp/ip - QoS - file and print sharing - and client for microsoft networks , only, installed. It also assumes that winxp will detect your NIC and has in-box drivers for it. If it doesn't do not try this. In the "My Network Places" properties (right click on the desktop icon and choose properties), highlight the connection then at the menu bar choose "Advanced" then "Advanced Settings". Uncheck the two boxes in the lower half for the bindings for File and Printer sharing and Client for MS networks. Click OK
1. From the windows XP cd in the support directory from the support cab, extract the file netcap.exe and place it in a directory on your hard drive or even in the root of your C:\ drive.
2. Next, open up a command prompt window and change directories to where you put netcap.exe. then type "netcap/?". It will list some commands that are available for netcap and a netmon driver will be installed. At the bottom you will see your adapters. You should see two of them if using a 3Com card. One will be for LAN and the other will be for WAN something or other.
3. Next type "netcap/Remove". This will remove the netmon driver.
4. Open up control panel / system / dev man and look at your network adapters. You should now see two of them and one will have a yellow ! on it. Right click on the one without the yellow ! and choose uninstall. YES! you are uninstalling your network adapter, continue with the uninstall. Do not restart yet.
5. Check your connection properties to make sure that no connection exists. If you get a wizard just cancel out of it.
6. Now re-start the machine.
7. After re-start go to your connection properties again and you should have a new connection called "Local area connection 2". highlight the connection then at the menu bar choose "Advanced" then "Advanced Settings". Uncheck the two boxes in the lower half for the bindings for File and Printer sharing and Client for MS networks. Click OK.
8. Choose connection properties and uncheck the "QOS" box
9. Re-start the machine
10. After restart enjoy the increased responsiveness of IE, faster page loading, and a connection speed boost.

The Temple of the Rising Sun : Video
The Temple of the Rising Sun : Video
The Nubian region of the Upper Nile has many ancient Egyptian monuments. The largest is the great temple of Abu Simbel.
The temple carved out of a rocky hill - was built by King Ramses the Second.
Egypt became a very powerful Kingdom under his reign during the 13th century BC.
He built the temple to show the might of his kingdom to the Nubian people hed had difficulty in putting them under Egyptian control.
The temple faced the threat of being submerged during the construction of the Aswan Dam in the 1960s.
There was an outcry worldwide against the plan and steps were taken to save the site from submersion.
This resulted in a large-scale project involving 50 countries - led by UNESCO - to relocate the entire temple.
The temple was cut into 16,000 blocks for relocation.
No explosives were used.
The relocation project was successfully completed in 1968.
Its success led to the eventual adoption of the World Heritage Convention four years later.
Even though the temple was moved, its direction and position in relation to the sun was maintained.
The temple is 63 metres deep and dark inside.
There are statues of ancient Egyptian Gods along with a statue of Ramses the Second in the innermost part of the temple.
The King had deified himself.
Another ancient monument which had been submerged under the dam was also saved four years after the Abu Simbel relocation,
It was the Temple of Isis.
The Temple used to stand on a small island known as The Pearl of Nile.
It was relocated to another similar island.
The temple was built during the 4th century B.C.
Isis was believed to be a Goddess of eternal life and resurrection.
There is a carving of Isis breastfeeding her child on the wall of the inner temple.
Abu Simbel has the same angle it had in ancient times.
The same phenomenon occurs at dawn on every Spring and Autumn Equinox day.
At 6:29am
the first rays of sunlight stream through the temple,
To cast light on the statue of Ramses II.
The rising Sun is a symbol of resurrection.
The temple has been brought back to life.

How to stay young!
How to stay young!
1. Throw out non-essential numbers. This includes age, weight, and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That's why you pay them.
***********
2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. (Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches;)
***********
3. Keep learning: Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop." And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!
***********
4. Enjoy the simple things.
***********
5. Laugh often, long, and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER.
