Katy Perry went Old World glam for the Pre-Grammy gala in this sweetheart neckline, curve-hugging Nicolas Jebran, nude fishtail gown. The dress was smothered in silver sequins, which when paired with sparkly skin, nude nails, minimal jewelry, clutch, smoky eye, and long shiny hair, totally reminded us of the prettiest mermaid ever.
